Kassie Sickles
Coaching experience: 12 years
Education/certifications:
Bachelor’s degree
American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer (ACSM-CPT)

Family: Fur baby Chloe
Hobbies: I like hanging with family and friends, trying new local restaurants and traveling with my bestie. My real hobby is working out and coaching.
Fun facts: I once biked 28 miles down a dormant volcano. I am terrified of frogs. I love all things chocolate.
Passion for coaching: My mom instilled in me at an early age that “can’t never could.” I love proving to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to (like picking up and putting down heavy things), which carries forward into my passion for helping and watching others push themselves to do things they think they can’t. For me, there is nothing better than seeing someone realize their potential, that they can do more than what they thought and knowing I helped play a small part in that, but also have fun.
Michael Clark

Michael Hardy

Hobbies: Combat sports, collecting vintage razors, being an experimental chef, playing laser pointers with my cats
Fun fact: My first pet was a hairless dog. And yes, he needed sunscreen during the summer and coats in the winter.
Passion for coaching: My passion for coaching comes from a desire to empower others to achieve goals they once thought unachievable. This allows me to share my passion with others, hopefully allowing for an enjoyable experience throughout the journey.
