This package is intended for those who want to get started on their journey toward a healthier life. Whether you are looking to decrease your blood pressure, lose some initial weight, gain muscle or learn new healthy habits, this is the package for you. This package will provide you guidance and accountability, as well as the initial push to improve your current lifestyle.

Performance Package

$600 for three months (members or Norton Healthcare employees) · $750 for nonmembers

  • Offseason/preseason/in-season changes

This package is intended for athletes and individuals more experienced in performance training, as well as active individuals who experienced an injury and want to optimize recovery. It will be tailored to specific sport/performance needs (distance running, wrestling, military fitness, etc.), goals (body composition changes, weight gain/loss for sport/event, healthy lifestyle changes) and schedule (competition, traveling, wedding, pregnancy, etc.).

  • 60-minute consultation: $75 (members or Norton Healthcare employees) • $100 (nonmembers)
  • 30-minute follow-up: $50 (members or Norton Healthcare employees) • $75 (nonmembers)
  • Seminar/talk: $150 per hour
  • Grocery store tour with individual: $75 (members or Norton Healthcare employees) • $125 (nonmembers)
  • Grocery store tour with group/team: $150 (members or Norton Healthcare employees) $200 (nonmembers)

Marisa Faibish, M.S., R.D., CSSD, LDN, is lead performance dietitian for Norton Sports Health Performance & Wellness Center and the Bellarmine University Knights. Prior to joining Norton Healthcare, she was director of performance nutrition at Florida State University, Tallahassee, where she led the nutrition program for athletics. Her duties have included translating scientific research into practical performance nutrition recommendations, leading cooking classes, working on individualized nutritional needs for all athletes and playing a key role in the overall nutrition for competition and travel. Previously, Marisa was the first full-time dietitian and director of performance nutrition at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Marisa has a master’s degree in exercise physiology and sports nutrition from Florida State, where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in dietetics with a minor in chemistry.
