Looking for adult fitness classes for any level? We’ve got you covered. You’ll be ready to tackle any fitness goal in your life with fitness classes for adults. Our LIFEready group fitness classes are led by our trained coaches and designed to meet you at your level of physical activity. Our goal is to teach you correct form and technique while building your strength, flexibility and confidence.

We offer three LIFEready variations:

Burn: This one-hour class combines strength training and interval-based aerobic conditioning using dumbbells, kettlebells, body-weight training, spin bikes, rowers, fan bikes, treadmills and sleds.

Strength: This one-hour class is focused on strength and includes smaller blocks of interval-based conditioning to aid in recovery between strength sets.

Foundation: This class is designed for beginner-to-intermediate fitness levels, with a focus on proper exercise technique to develop better functional movement, fitness and quality of life. This class is 45 minutes.

After class, hit the showers in our spacious locker rooms.

Membership Information

All of our memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice, communicated via email, phone call or in person at the front desk.

New memberships include a free, 15-minute nutrition discovery meeting with the performance dietitian.

All single-class packs expire six months from the first visit.
