Stephanie FishStephanie Fish, program coordinator

Stephanie Fish found her love for running in 1999 while a student at the University of South Carolina, where she served as the school’s mascot, “Cocky.”

The rigors of being a college mascot motivated her to increase her stamina and athleticism, which led to her running her first 10k race. Since then, Stephanie has completed multiple 5k and 10k races, 13 half-marathons, two full marathons, five 200-mile relays and eight triathlons. She is a leader of Derby City Run Club and head coach of the Louisville Collegiate School girls’ varsity cross country team.

Stephanie was an official pacer for the Kentucky Derby Festival miniMarathon in 2017 and currently serves as the training program coordinator for the Norton Sports Health Kentucky Derby Festival miniMarathon/Marathon Training Program. She also is a certified yoga instructor and avid dog lover. She serves as an event coordinator for Norton Sports Health and the Norton Healthcare Foundation.
